\ We accept returns and refunds of goods /

We accept returns and refunds for customer convenience such as size mismatch.
We have been accepting 100% refund since October 2021, but the burden is very heavy
The policy will be changed from November 25, 2021.
Please note that half price of the product will be refunded in the future.


▼ Please check the following conditions.


・ Please contact within 7 days from the arrival of the item.
The return fee will be borne by the customer .
・ that the tag is not cut.
(If the tag is cut, it cannot be refunded.)
Unused item .



If the delivered product is defective
or
if you receive an item that is clearly different from your order
We accept returns by cash on delivery.
In that case, please contact us with a copy of the defective part.
